Here's how to make Ghee Roast Curry Patta Paneer at home.

Saute the Curry Leaves & Aromatics, heat ghee in a pan, add curry leaves, and let them crackle. add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.

Prepare the Masala, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. then, add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add Spices, stir in red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Paneer, add paneer cubes and mix well. pour in water and let it simmer for 5 minutes so the paneer absorbs the flavors.

Finish & Serve, sprinkle garam masala, mix well, and garnish with fresh coriander. serve hot with roti or rice.
