Here's how to make Bhindi at home.

Wash & Dry, wash 250g bhindi, pat dry completely, and cut into small pieces.
Saute Bhindi, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. add bhindi and sauté on medium heat until it becomes non-sticky and lightly crisp.
Add Spices, add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste. mix well.
Cook Covered, cover and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until bhindi is tender.
Serve Hot, turn off the flame, add a pinch of garam masala if desired, and serve hot with roti or paratha.
