Here's how to make Sugar-Free Rooh Afza Lassi at home.

Add Curd to Blender, take 1 cup chilled curd and pour it into a blender.
Add Water or Milk, add 1/2 cup cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour in Rooh Afza, add 1–2 tbsp of sugar-free Rooh Afza or regular Rooh Afza with a natural sweetener.
Sweeten naturally, add a teaspoon of honey, stevia, or any sugar substitute if more sweetness is needed.
Blend Till Frothy, blend everything well for 30–40 seconds until it turns light and frothy.
Serve Chilled, pour into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with chopped dry fruits or rose petals. serve immediately.
