Here's how to make delicious Marigold flower tea at home.

Rinse the Flowers, wash fresh marigold petals thoroughly to remove dirt and impurities.

Boil Water, in a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add Marigold Petals, turn off the heat and add marigold petals along with cinnamon.

Steep the Tea, cover and let the petals steep for 5–7 minutes to release flavors.

Strain & Sweeten, strain the tea into a cup, discarding the petals. add honey and lemon juice if desired.

Serve & Enjoy, serve warm and enjoy this soothing, floral-infused tea.
