Heat the milk, in a pan, heat 1.5 cups of milk on medium flame.
Prepare the custard mixture, in a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp custard powder with ½ cup cold milk to make a smooth paste. ensure there are no lumps.
Cook the custard, once the milk is warm, add ¼ cup sugar and stir until dissolved. slowly add the custard mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. cook for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy.
Cool the custard, turn off the heat and let the custard cool to room temperature. stir occasionally to prevent a thick layer from forming.
Add fruits & chill, once cooled, mix in chopped fruits like banana, mango, apple, and grapes. refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the best flavor.
Garnish & serve, garnish with chopped nuts and raisins. serve chilled and creamy for a refreshing summer dessert.
