Here's how to make Chilled Fruit Cream at home.

Whip the cream, take the chilled heavy cream in a bowl. using a hand whisk or electric beater, whip it until it forms soft peaks.
Add sugar and vanilla, mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla essence. gently fold until smooth and creamy.
Add chopped fruits, add your choice of chopped fruits to the whipped cream. avoid watery fruits like watermelon.
Mix and chill, gently fold the fruits into the cream. cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
Serve chilled in bowls or dessert glasses. garnish with dry fruits or a mint leaf if desired.
