Prepare the batter, in a bowl, mix 1 cup gram flour with water to make a smooth, lump-free batter.

Add vegetables & spices, mix in chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, and grated carrots along with salt, turmeric, cumin, and chili powder for flavor.

Rest the batter, let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavors and ensure a smooth texture.

Heat the pan, grease a non-stick or iron tawa with a few drops of oil and heat it on medium flame.

Spread the chilla, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle.

Cook until golden brown, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook the other side until crisp and golden.

Serve & enjoy, serve hot with mint chutney, yogurt, or ketchup for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
