Prepare the dough, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to knead a soft dough. let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Make the stuffing, in a bowl, mix grated paneer, green chili, ginger, coriander, ajwain, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Divide the dough, take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Fill and seal, place the paneer stuffing in the center, gather the edges, and seal tightly to form a ball.

Roll the paratha, gently roll out the stuffed dough ball into a 6-7 inch paratha, ensuring the stuffing stays inside.

Cook on tawa, heat a tawa and cook the paratha for 30 seconds on one side, then flip and apply ghee. cook for another 30-40 seconds on the other side.

Serve hot, flip once more, press gently, and cook until golden brown. serve with curd, butter, or pickle for an authentic taste.
