Here's how to make soft Banana Cupcakes at home.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
Mix Wet Ingredients, in a bowl, mash bananas and mix with egg, sugar, melted butter/oil, and vanilla extract.
Add Dry Ingredients, sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. gently fold into the wet mixture.
Fill the Moulds, spoon the batter into cupcake liners, filling each about ¾ full.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cool before serving. and enjoy sweet banana cupcakes.
