Here's a simple recipe for making Mawa Paratha at home in 6 steps.

Prepare the Dough, mix wheat flour with a pinch of salt and knead it into a soft dough by adding water slowly. cover and set it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Mawa Filling, in a pan, heat the mawa on low flame until it becomes slightly golden. once cool, mix in powdered sugar and cardamom powder.

Roll the Dough, divide the dough into small balls. take one ball, dust it with flour, and roll it out into a small circle.

Add Mawa Filling, place a spoonful of mawa mixture in the center of the rolled-out dough. Fold the edges over the filling to seal it, then gently roll it out again to form a paratha.

Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa, place the rolled paratha on it, and cook it on medium heat. flip when small bubbles appear.

Add Ghee and Serve, apply ghee or oil on both sides while cooking until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with yogurt or as is.
