Make the Batter, preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar until creamy. add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. mix in 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add Biscoff, warm 1/2 cup biscoff spread and gently swirl it into the batter for a marbled effect.
Bake, pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. let it cool.
Make Frosting, beat 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup biscoff spread until fluffy.
Frost the Cake, spread the frosting on the cooled cake and drizzle extra biscoff on top.
Garnish and Serve, top with crushed Biscoff biscuits, slice, and enjoy.
