Here's how to make creamy and delicious Coffee Mousse at home in just 7 easy steps.
Melt chocolate, melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, let it cool slightly.
Dissolve coffee, mix instant coffee with hot water, let it cool.
Whip cream, in a bowl, beat chilled whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Add coffee & chocolate, gently fold in the melted chocolate and coffee mixture into the whipped cream.
Set with gelatin, if using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and mix into the mousse for firmness.
Chill the mousse, pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
Garnish & serve, top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, and enjoy your creamy coffee mousse.
