Here's how to make soft and fluffy Ragi Chocolate Cake at home in just 7 easy steps.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. grease a cake tin with oil or butter and dust it with flour.
Mix dry ingredients, in a bowl, whisk together ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and jaggery powder.
Prepare wet ingredients, in another bowl, whisk yogurt, melted butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, adding milk as needed to get a smooth batter.
Add chocolate chunks, fold in chopped dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
Bake the cake, pour the batter into the greased tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & serve, let the cake cool before slicing. serve as is or with a drizzle of melted chocolate.
