Prepare the Mixture, in a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, mashed potato, gram flour, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and all the dry spices.

Mix and Knead, mix everything well and knead into a smooth mixture. let it rest for 15-20 minutes for better binding.

Shape the Kebabs, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval kebabs.

Preheat the Pan or Air Fryer, if using an oven, preheat it to 180°C. if using an air fryer, set it to 180°C as well. for a stovetop method, use a non-stick pan.

Oven, bake at 180°C for 15-20 mins, flipping halfway, air fry at 180°C for 15 mins, flipping once. pan, dry-roast on a non-stick pan over low heat with a lid.

Check for Doneness, once the kebabs are golden brown and firm, insert a toothpick to check if they are fully cooked.

Serve and Enjoy, squeeze lemon juice on top and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
