Saute the Ingredients, heat oil or butter in a pan. add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.

Cook the Spinach, add the chopped spinach to the pan. stir well and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the spinach wilts and softens.

Blend into a Puree, let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender. add 1 cup of water or vegetable stock and blend until smooth.

Simmer the Soup, pour the spinach puree back into the pan. add salt and black pepper. simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat, adjusting the consistency with more water or stock if needed.

Serve, the palak soup hot, garnished with fresh cream for added richness.
