Prepare the Batter, blend soaked moong dal with green chili, ginger, and water into a smooth paste. mix in turmeric, salt, and chopped spinach.

Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.

Cook the Chilla, spread a ladle of batter into a thin circle on the pan. cook for 2-3 minutes until golden at the bottom.

Flip and Cook, flip the chilla and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.

Serve, hot with chutney, curd, or ketchup. repeat with the remaining batter. enjoy your nutritious meal.
