Prepare the patty mixture, in a bowl, mix mashed rajma, potato, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, breadcrumbs, and salt.

Shape the patties, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.

Cook the patties, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.

Toast the burger buns, slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on a pan with a little butter.

Assemble the burger, spread mayonnaise or ketchup on the bun base. add lettuce, a rajma patty, tomato slices, onion rings, and top with the bun lid.

Serve hot, serve the rajma patty burgers with fries or a side salad.
