Here's how to make Moong Dal Soup at home.

Rinse & Cook Dal, wash moong dal and pressure cook it with water, turmeric, and tomato for 2-3 whistles.
Prepare Tempering, heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger, and saute until fragrant.
Blend & Simmer, mash or blend the cooked dal, add it to the tempering, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Season & Adjust, add salt, pepper, and more water if needed for desired consistency.
Garnish & Serve, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon juice for extra flavor.
