Prepare the cake batter, in a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. in another bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. combine both mixtures and add milk to form a smooth batter.

Bake the cake, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes. let it cool completely.

Melt the chocolate, in a bowl, melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Prepare the mousse, fold the melted chocolate into whipped cream gently to form a fluffy chocolate mousse.

Assemble the cake, slice the cooled cake into two layers. spread a generous layer of chocolate mousse over the first layer and place the second layer on top.

Cover with mousse, coat the entire cake with the remaining mousse and smooth it using a spatula.

Chill & Serve, refrigerate the cake for 4-5 hours to set. garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder before serving.
