Prepare the batter, in a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, methi leaves, onions, green chilies, and spices.

Add water gradually, pour little water and mix until you get a thick, sticky batter but not too runny.

Heat Oil, in a deep pan, heat oil on medium flame until hot.

Fry the pakoras, drop small portions of batter into the hot oil using your fingers or a spoon.

Serve hot, enjoy with green chutney or tea for a perfect snack.
