Here's how to make Vegan cauliflower pasta at home.

Cook the Cauliflower, steam or boil cauliflower florets until soft 8–10 minutes. drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta, boil your choice of pasta in salted water. drain and save 1 cup of the pasta water.

Blend the Sauce, blend cooked cauliflower with 1/2 cup plant-based milk, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper. add pasta water as needed for a smooth sauce.

Heat the Sauce, in a pan, heat olive oil and cook the sauce for 2–3 minutes. adjust seasoning to taste.

Mix Pasta and Sauce, add the pasta to the pan and toss until fully coated with the sauce.

Garnish and Serve, hot with parsley, chili flakes, or vegan parmesan. enjoy your creamy cauliflower pasta.
