Heat the Pan, preheat a non-stick or cast-iron tawa on medium flame and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
Pour the Batter, take a ladleful of dosa batter and pour it onto the center of the tawa. spread it gently to form a thick pancake, not too thin like a dosa.
Add Toppings, sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, and grated carrot evenly on top.
Press Lightly, gently press the toppings into the batter using a spatula so they stick well.
Drizzle Oil or Ghee, drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges to make it crispy.
Cook on both sides, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat. flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve Hot, remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
