Here's a simple recipe to make tofu rice in 5 steps.

Cook the Rice, rinse and cook 1 cup of rice with 2 cups water, then fluff.

Prepare the Tofu, saute 200g tofu cubes in oil until golden and crispy, set aside.

Cook Vegetables, saute chopped onion, bell pepper, and peas for 3-4 minutes.

Season the Rice, mix rice with vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Combine Tofu & Serve, add tofu to rice, toss, and cook for 2-3 minutes. serve with sesame seeds or green onions. enjoy.
