Prepare the batter, in a bowl, mix suji, yogurt, and water to make a smooth, lump-free batter. let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and spices, add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt to the batter. mix well.
Heat the pan, heat a non-stick pan or tawa and grease it lightly with oil.
Pour the batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
Cook the chilla, cook on medium heat until the edges lift and the bottom turns golden. flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot, serve the suji chilla hot with chutney, ketchup, or yogurt for a delicious meal.
