Prepare Mixture, soak soya granules in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. mash boiled chickpeas.
Mix Ingredients, combine mashed chickpeas, soya, potato, gram flour, onions, chilies, and spices to form a dough.
Shape Tikkis, make small, round, flat patties.
Chill, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to help them hold shape.
Heat Pan, add a little oil to a non-stick pan.
Cook, fry tikkis on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve, hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
