Soak the Sabudana rinse 1 cup of sabudana and soak it for 4–6 hours until soft. drain the excess water.
Prepare the Mixture, mix soaked sabudana with 2 mashed potatoes, roasted peanut powder, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander, and salt to form a dough.
Shape the Tikkis, divide the mixture and shape into flat, round tikkis, ensuring they are firm.
Fry the Tikkis, in hot oil on medium heat until golden and crispy. drain excess oil on paper towels.
serve with mint or tamarind chutney or yogurt and enjoy.
