Roast the Ragi Flour, heat ghee in a pan, add ragi flour, and roast on low-medium heat until it turns aromatic and slightly brown. stir constantly to avoid burning.
Add Liquid Gradually, slowly add the jaggery syrup or plain water, milk to the roasted ragi flour, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Cook Until Thickened, cook the mixture on medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens into a smooth halwa-like consistency.
Flavor with Cardamom, add cardamom powder and mix well. optionally, stir in a tablespoon of ghee for a richer taste.
Serve, add chopped nuts for garnish and serve warm. enjoy your nutritious and delicious ragi halwa.
