Make the Filling, heat oil, add cumin seeds and onions, and cook until golden. mix in mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. cook for 2 minutes.

Let It Cool, turn off the heat, add coriander leaves, and let the filling cool.

Preheat the Oven, set the oven to 180°C (350°F) for baking.

Prepare the Pastry, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or rectangles.

Fill and Seal, place potato filling in the center, fold, and seal the edges with a fork.

Brush and Bake, brush with egg wash or milk and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy, let them cool slightly and enjoy warm with ketchup or chutney.
