Chop and Blend Pineapple, peel, core, and finely chop 2 cups of ripe pineapple. blend into a coarse or smooth puree.
Cook the Pineapple, then transfer the puree to a pan. cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add Sugar, add 1 to 1¼ cups sugar. stir well and keep cooking.
Add Lemon Juice, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. it enhances flavor and acts as a natural preservative.
Cook Until Jam Consistency, stir continuously on low-medium flame until the mixture becomes thick, glossy, and jam-like.
Cool and Store, let it cool completely. store in a sterilized glass jar and refrigerate. stays good for 2–3 weeks.
