Here's how to make delicious and unique South Indian Peanut Pudina chutney with appe for breakfast.

Prepare the Ingredients, roast peanuts if not already roasted. clean and wash the mint leaves thoroughly.

Blend the Chutney in a blender, add roasted peanuts, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, coconut, lemon juice, salt, and a little water. blend to a smooth chutney.

Temper the Chutney, heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chili, and curry leaves. pour this over the chutney.

Prepare Instant Appe, use readymade idli batter or mix sooji with curd and veggies to make instant appe. Pour batter into an appe pan and cook till golden on both sides.

Serve warm appe with the freshly made peanut pudina chutney for a refreshing, protein-packed breakfast.
