Mix the Dry Ingredients, in a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground peanuts. gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). grease and flour a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Bake the Cake, pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve, let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. slice and serve as is, or garnish with powdered sugar, caramel drizzle, or extra crushed peanuts.
