Arrange the Papdis, take a serving plate and arrange 15–20 papdis in a single layer.
Add Potatoes and Chickpeas, top each papdi with boiled and mashed potatoes and boiled chickpeas for a hearty texture.
Drizzle Curd, pour whisked curd generously over the papdis, making sure it's well-coated.
Add Chutneys, drizzle tamarind chutney for sweetness and green chutney for a spicy kick.
Sprinkle Spices, sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt for a flavorful punch.
Garnish, add chopped onions, tomatoes, sev, pomegranate seeds, and coriander leaves for extra crunch and color.
Serve, immediately and enjoy your homemade Papdi Chaat fresh before it gets soggy.
