Prepare the kofta mixture, mix paneer, mashed potatoes, walnuts, cornflour, garam masala, and salt into a dough.

Shape & fry koftas, make small balls and deep-fry them until golden brown. drain on paper towels.

Saute onions, heat butter, add cumin seeds, and sauté chopped onions until golden.

Add spices & tomato puree, stir in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. cook for 2 minutes.

Blend with cashew paste, add tomato puree and cashew paste, cooking until the mixture thickens.

Add cream, pour in fresh cream, stir well, and simmer for a creamy texture.

Add koftas, gently place the fried koftas into the simmering gravy.

Garnish & serve, top with crushed walnuts and coriander. serve hot with naan or pulao.
