Here's how to make Paneer Roll at home.

Prepare the Filling, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, capsicum, and tomatoes. saute until soft.
Cook the Paneer, add crumbled paneer, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala. mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Enhance the Flavor, stir in yogurt, mix well, and let it cook for another minute for a creamy texture.
Prepare the Rotis, lightly toast the rotis on a tawa and spread a layer of mint chutney.
Assemble the Roll, place the paneer mixture in the center of each roti, top with sliced onions, and roll tightly.
Serve & Enjoy, secure with foil or toothpicks, cut in half, and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
