Drain soaked moong dal and blend it well with water, salt, cumin, black pepper, and ginger into a smooth batter.
Add Vegetables, mix in chopped onions and coriander for extra flavor and texture.
Heat a Non-Stick Pan, use a non-stick pan and heat it well to avoid using oil.
Pour the batter into the pan, then spread it evenly, and cook on low to medium flame until it turns golden brown. Then flip it and cook the other side too.
Serve Hot, once it is cooked, serve it with green chutney or curd.
