Roast the Oats, dry roast oats in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden. set aside.
Cook Moong Dal, wash the moong dal and cook it in a pressure cooker with water, turmeric, and salt until soft.
Saute Vegetables, in a separate pan, heat ghee or oil, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. sauté onions and tomatoes, and add any vegetables like carrots or peas until softened.
Combine Dal and Oats, add the cooked moong dal and roasted oats to the sautéed vegetables. mix everything well and add water to adjust consistency as per your preference.
Simmer and Serve, Roast the Oats, dry roast oats in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden. set aside.
