Here's how to make Mushroom Toast at home in five easy steps.

Saute the Mushrooms, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook until they’re golden and tender.

Add Garlic and Herbs, add 1-2 minced garlic cloves and a sprinkle of fresh thyme or parsley to the mushrooms. saute for another minute until fragrant.

Add Cream or Cheese, pour in 2 tablespoons of cream or add a handful of grated cheese to make the mixture creamy. stir well until combined, then remove from heat.

Toast the Bread, toast slices of bread until golden and crispy, either in a toaster or on a pan.

Assemble and Serve, spoon the mushroom mixture onto the toasted bread slices. garnish with additional herbs if desired, and enjoy your delicious mushroom toast.
