Prepare the ingredients, wash and slice the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. mince the garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Saute garlic & onions, add minced garlic and onions, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add mushrooms & peppers, toss in the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers. stir-fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Season & stir, add soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes, and mix well. cook for another 2 minutes.
