Whisk the Yogurt, take fresh yogurt in a bowl and whisk it until smooth and creamy.
Add Chopped Vegetables, mix in finely chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and carrot.
Season the Raita, add roasted cumin powder, salt, and mix well.
Chill the Raita, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled with roti, rice, or pulao.
