Here's how to make Millet Halwa at home.

Roast Millet, dry roast millet in a pan until it releases a nutty aroma.

Prepare Syrup, in a separate pan, heat water with sugar, cardamom, and a pinch of saffron until the sugar dissolves.

Mix Together, slowly add the roasted millet to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Add Ghee, pour in melted ghee gradually while stirring to achieve a smooth, rich consistency.

Garnish & Serve, cook until the mixture thickens, then garnish with chopped nuts before serving warm.
