Here's how to make Mango lassi at home.

Gather Ingredients, take 1 ripe mango, 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder.

Peel and Chop Mango, peel the mango, remove the seed, and chop it into small pieces for easy blending.

Blend the Ingredients, in a blender, add chopped mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.

Blend Until Smooth, blend everything until you get a creamy, smooth texture without lumps.

Adjust Consistency, if too thick, add a little more milk and blend again to reach the desired consistency.

Chill and Serve, pour the lassi into a glass, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or serve immediately with ice cubes.

Garnish and Enjoy, chopped nuts or saffron strands and enjoy your refreshing homemade mango lassi.
