Here's how to make Mango Lassi at home.

Prepare the Mango Pulp, peel and chop ripe mangoes. blend them into a smooth pulp.

Blend Everything Together, in a blender, add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder.

Add Ice, toss in a few ice cubes for a chilled and refreshing lassi.

Blend Until Smooth, blend the mixture for 1–2 minutes until it’s creamy and frothy.

Serve, pour into glasses, garnish with a little cardamom powder or chopped nuts, and serve chilled.
