Blend Mango, in a blender, puree the chopped mango until smooth.​

In a mixing bowl, combine the mango purée, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and turmeric. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Initial Rest, let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.​

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the pudding thickens to your desired consistency. for best results, refrigerate overnight.​

Serve, spoon the pudding into serving glasses or bowls. top with fresh mango chunks or toasted coconut flakes.
