Heat Ghee, in a pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee on medium flame.

Saute Lauki, add the grated lauki and saute for 4-5 minutes until it softens.

Cook in Milk, pour ½ cup milk, stir well, and cook until the milk is absorbed.

Add Sugar & Flavor, mix in ¼ cup sugar, ½ tsp cardamom powder, and chopped nuts & raisins. stir well.

Cook Until Thick, let the halwa cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

Serve Warm, enjoy your delicious lauki ka halwa hot.
