Here's how to make Kurkuri Bhindi at home.

Prepare the Bhindi, wash and pat dry the bhindi. slice them lengthwise into thin strips.

Coat the Bhindi, in a bowl, and mix bhindi with gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. toss well to coat evenly.

Heat the oil in a deep pan over a medium flame.

Add bhindi in small batches and fry until golden and crispy.

Remove bhindi using a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Enjoy crispy kurkuri bhindi with paratha and a side of mint chutney.
