Heat the Milk, boil milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Soak Saffron, soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden.
Add the saffron, milk and sugar to the boiling milk, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Enhance Flavor, add cardamom powder and crushed nuts for extra flavor. simmer for 2-3 minute
Serve Hot, pour into a cup, garnish with nuts, and serve hot.
