Boil Water and Spices, in a pot, boil 1.5 cups of water with crushed cardamom and a small cinnamon stick for flavor.

Add Tea and Saffron, add 1 teaspoon of black tea leaves and a pinch of saffron strands, simmering for 2-3 minutes.

Add Milk and Sweetener, pour in 1 cup of milk, add sugar or honey to taste, and simmer until golden.

Strain and Serve, strain into cups and enjoy the warm, fragrant flavors of kesar chai.
