Peel & Slice, peel raw bananas, soak in turmeric water for 10 minutes, pat dry, and slice thinly.

Prepare Salt Water, mix salt in 1/2 cup water for seasoning.

Heat Oil, heat coconut oil in a pan; test with a small slice it should sizzle.

Fry Slices, fry banana slices in batches, stirring occasionally.

Season, sprinkle salt water carefully while frying for even seasoning.

Drain & Store, once golden and crisp, drain on paper towels and store in an airtight container.
