How to make gond laddoo at home.

Fry the Gond, heat 1 cup ghee in a pan and fry 1/2 cup edible gond until it puffs up. remove and crush it lightly.

Roast the Flour, in the same pan, add 1 cup wheat flour and roast it in ghee on low flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Prepare the Mixture, add the fried gond, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp chopped nuts, and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder to the roasted flour. mix well.

Shape the Laddoos, while the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round laddoos using your hands.

Cool and Store, allow the gond laddoos to cool completely, then store them in an airtight container. enjoy them as a nutritious snack
