Prepare the Filling, in a mixing bowl, combine boiled corn, chopped onion, mayonnaise, grated cheese, green chili, salt, and pepper. mix well to form a creamy filling.

Butter the Bread, take the bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice. this will help give a crispy texture when grilled.

Add the Corn Filling, spread the corn mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of 3 bread slices. cover with the remaining slices, butter side facing up.

Grill or Toast the Sandwich, heat a pan or sandwich maker. place the sandwiches on it, butter side down. grill or toast until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Serve, cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
